A perfect way to help your guests to your meticulously planned seating plan for your wedding meal. We can create these on 3mm recycled board or on MDF with vinyl, or maybe even something more creative like milk churns full of wildflowers with one for each table. Use our in house collections or create your own with our bespoke services to have a table plan perfect for your day.

The Process
Step One:
Look at our selection of designs to find what suits you the best. Then check out our design and price guide for any additions and embellishments. Order a sample pack to get a true feel for the quality of our paper, colour options, and embellishment options.
Step Two:
When you decide, fill out the enquiry form to get the ball rolling. In the form, you will let us know what quantities, customisations and embellishments you want, and we will send you a personalised quote within 72 hours.
From this quote, you can accept and pay the deposit in an instance and your contract.
Step Three:
Once contracts are signed and deposits are paid, we will send you a questionnaire to gather all the finer details for your stationery, like timings, wording, locations, etc.
We allow you to take your time to complete this to ensure every detail is perfect and as you want it, before we start the design process.
I’m always available if you need any support with this.
Step Four:
When you return your questionnaire to me, the design process begins. While you’re waiting for your first set of proofs, I will send you a form to pick out the colours and types of envelopes and paper.
I will guide you through three revisions to ensure perfect colours, fonts, and details and to ensure your satisfaction with your stationery.
This can take around 3-5 weeks depending on your feedback per proof and additional embellishments.
Step Five:
Now for the most rewarding part! Once you have given your final approval on the designs, you will receive a final proof of your design to sign off on.
After you sign off, your design will be sent to print. Depending on your wishes, these will be packaged and sent for you to assemble or arrive all ready for postage after I complete this step for you.
All stationery will be sent to you by Royal Mail via Tracked 24 Signed.
Step Six:
Enjoy your dream stationery for your wedding, and wait for the compliments to roll in!
After receiving your deposit and completing your questionnaire, we aim to design, assemble, and deliver all semi-custom stationery within 3-5 weeks. If your order is urgent, please let us know, but please be mindful that, as we can arrange this with no problem, it does incur a small additional fee.

Excludes weekends, bank holidays and any other holidays.
* We want you to feel fully informed and secure. That's why we provide full terms and conditions in the contract before starting your project. This will outline the process in case something unexpected arises or timeframes are not met, ensuring your peace of mind.
